Insulation materials are most commonly used on equipment through which media such as hot water, steam, and similar fluids pass, at operating temperatures up to 250°C.

This type of insulation is highly durable and enables significant energy savings. The material is also suitable for outdoor installation, as it has UV protection.

Our range also includes special insulation materials designed for higher temperatures (up to 900°C), as well as solutions that comply with ATEX standards.

For standard dimensions, pre-manufactured insulation jackets are available, while non-standard versions can also be ordered according to project requirements.

Flange Protection Covers

We also offer preventive flange protection covers that prevent spraying of the process fluid in the event of leakage from the static seal at a flange joint.

Three types of materials are available for working with acids and bases:

• PVC
• PTFE
• PTFE Clear

The choice of material depends on the maximum operating temperature of the process.

All materials are resistant within the pH range 0–14.

For steam systems, stainless steel ring-type protections are used, featuring a drain and a leak indicator. This makes it possible to quickly detect a problem and plan timely replacement of the static seal.
